Product Description

Stainless steel boat fairleads, made in 316-grade stainless steel. These fairleads for boats come as a left-hand and right-hand pair. Choose the size of fairlead to suit your boat size and mooring line size.

These boat fairleads come in two sizes, 115mm in length and 150mm length. The 115mm length fairleads are suitable for rope sizes up to 12mm diameter. For ropes up to 14mm in diameter choose the 150mm length fairleads.

These stainless steel fairleads are shaped to encourage the rope to stay in place (to encapsulate the rope) once set. To achieve this the shape of them is handed for left and right hand sides accordingly.

Each fairlead has three fixing holes. The larger version has 5.2mm holes, and the smaller ones 4.2mm diameter holes. Where possible we recommend attaching these fairleads with a thru nut and bolt for maximum strength (not forgetting some penny washers underneath). In some cases though, this may not be possible, and you may need to use our self-tapping screws.

The pump replaces a very old Par-mate whose pressure was dying and not holding static shut off. The new Seaflow is very good. It primed rapidly and is giving twice the flow rate of the old. I haven't worked out where the adjustable pressure comes in though. Philip Marks
