Stainless steel D-shackles made in 316-grade stainless for best performance in marine environments.  These standard shape D-shackles are sometimes known as short D-shackles, and are suited to many uses around the boat.

Choose from our metric stainless steel D-shackles ranging from M4 to M16 in size.  The size refers to the diameter of the shackle pin.  For example and M6 shackle has a 6mm diameter pin with an M6 thread.  The geometry of our stainless D-shackles is chosen for a combination of versatility and strength.  

You can tigthen or loosen the shacke pin with pliers or our handy shackle key, which you can keep on your keyring.

Choose the size of D-shackle for your particular need, please check our sizing table which gives the jaw opening and also the length dimension of the shackle.  For special purposes we have other types of stainless steel d-shackle such as the long-shackle or wide-shackle.
